bad credit

I'm looking to get in a big, in a flat of cheap 2-bedroom with my daughter and sister. My sister has accreditation respectable, not great, not bad. I have terrible accreditation. Just terrible. Run a credit check on all adults who apply to live there. There are other apartments out there by the owner that I could occupy. However, this is a great deal. Is there a sense around this dilemma?
