The company TRW is one of the three main credit report companies where people request for their credit report annually. TRW is now called as Experian and the other two credit report companies are TransUnion and Equifax. You might complain about the fee but the company just wants to protect your credit information from being stolen.

Especially when you apply for a loan the bank must check first your credit information this will determine if you will be able to pay them back.
