MY ANSWER:
A corporate landlord won’t touch you with a cattle prod. You need a landlord who doesn’t know his business or doesn’t care.
MY BUDDY’S ANSWER:
I think you are being dishonest ALREADY, if you are in some contract… I would never rent to someone without a credit reference and past rental history…

For another agent my credit if they ask you than you answer or keep looking for another agent my realestate dont talk to contact realestate dont talk.

For this many months however long youve had bad credit in some place smaller little less money and being honest will get you good luck.
The past but its been good for this many months however long youve had bad credit.
