I have a house for the lease and some prospective tenants have a sign of bad credit due foreclosure on their home. They have jobs and stable claims that can afford the rent. In addition to the deposit of 1 month, most landlords require additional deposits or ask to examine their bank account balance … What would be the usual requirements for a tenant will qualify if they have bad credit?
