If so, how you find out about them? My husband and I both have extremely bad credit and trying to leave the place now were in for a smaller / more affordable. We have no idea where to look for these kind of places. Also, we wish that they could not have any contact with our previous tenant. (Our rental history is great, but we plan on going before the lead is up.) How about going to mention a future rental company that we bad?? No credit?
